1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings can be made via our website or customer support. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the passenger.

4. Limitation of Liability

GIORIZZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
